C.A.T.I.F. [Celebrating All That Is Feminine] is providing an opportunity for area residents to support a fantastic cause and give back to those less fortunate this holiday season - while you enjoy a wine tasting with light hors d' oeuvres at d'Vine Wine and Gifts.

And all you need to do is purchase a ticket, and spare two hours of your time.....

This Palatine-based not-for-profit public charity holds a variety of fundraising events throughout the year to raise money for other non-profits who support women and children in crisis.

'Crisis' means anything from homelessness, to surviving domestic violence and other types of abuse, in addition to situations where these individuals simply need a hand-up to grow stronger and ultimately help themselves.

C.A.T.I.F.'s mission is to support, empower and encourage women and children in-need.

The Holiday Wine Tasting Fundraiser will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2013 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at d'Vine Wine and Gift-742 E. Dundee Road in Palatine. Tickets can be purchased for $25 by calling 847-359-9463 or stopping by d'Vine Wine and Gifts prior to the event. Tickets purchased at the door will be $30.
