Hot Dog Richie's in Palatine Newest Vienna Beef Hall of Fame Inductee

The Palatine business has been in existence for more than 40 years, and owner Jason Marzullo has been at the helm since 1999.

Local fast-food favorite, Palatine’s Hot Dog Richie’s (HDR) was inducted into the exclusive Vienne Beef Hot Dog Hall of Fame on Tuesday, April 22, 2014.

Vienna Beef Senior Vice President Bob Schwartz presented Hot Dog Richie’s owner, Jason Marzullo, with the accolade, which acknowledges a more than 40-year relationship the restaurant has had with Vienna Beef.

“Hot Dog stands outlive the national average for restaurants, and are a very important part of the community-you mention Vienna Beef and people remember their favorite hot dog stand, and in Palatine and the surrounding areas, that place is Hot Dog Richie’s,” Schwartz said.
