Village to Host 9/11 Memorial Ceremony This Week
This week marks the anniversary week of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks in New York City.
The village of Palatine will host a Sept. 11 memorial ceremony to honor victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks at the Palatine Firefighters Memorial on Wednesday, according to the Journal and Topics newspaper.
The memorial is located at the corner of North Brockway and West Slade streets in Palatine and the ceremony will be at 9 a.m., according to the article.
