Driving Under the Influence

Juan Carlos Paz-Agostadero, 42, of the 1500 block of Norway, Palatine, was arrested for DUI on northbound Frontage Rd. at Rand Rd. on Feb. 24 at 3:15 a.m. In addition to DUI, Paz-Agostadero also was charged with Improper Lane Usage, No Valid Driver’s License and No Insurance.

John S. Foggia, 26, of the 25,700 block of Gilmer Rd., Mundelein, was arrested for DUI on northbound Frontage Rd. at Rand Rd. on Feb. 3 at 12:30 p.m. In addition to DUI, Foggia also was charged with Resisting a Peace Officer, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving While License Suspended, Squealing of Tires, No Insurance and Failure to Wear Seat Belt.

Retail Theft

Nicholas W. Dubois, 18, of the 5000 block of Kingston Dr., Hoffman Estates, and Emily Hall, 18, of the 1200 block of Olde Farm Rd., Schaumburg, were both charged with local ordinance retail theft at WalMart, 1555 N. Rand Rd. on March 2 at 4:13 p.m. Dubois and Hall took perfume, cologne, lipstick and breath strips and passed the final point of sale without paying for the items.

Vicki L. Lauterburg, 45, of the 1200 block of N. Rand Road, charged with local ordinance Retail Theft at WalMart, 1555 N. Rand Rd. on March 1 at 3:14 p.m. Lauterburg allegedly took a wireless USB adapter and DVD and passed the final point of sale without paying for the items.
