Someone should pick this man up over their head and throw him to the ground. Or better yet throw him off a 3 story building. It maddens me and makes me sick to hear these kinds of stories. If the cat bothered him so much he should have left the room. Its a baby kitten for god sakes!!!

I agree......let the punishment fit the crime.....and then some !!!

This guy deserves to go to jail, but where does it say anything about him being an illegal alien?

Visibly a lifeless neanderthal of a fat@$$. How hard must he have slammed the little cat? Probably meowing because it wanted affection or maybe food but this sorry excuse for a latino didn't think twice. To hell with him, slam his head into bars. I'd do it myself, no joke.

Yes, you are correct! Antonio is a pig inside and out. Besides being a punk, what is an animal like this doing living in Palatine? Antonio is so low even a maggot can look down upon him.

Someone needs to pick up his fat-ass and throw him over the boarder back into Mexico. Scumbag -
Shaco January 09, 2012 at 07:06 PM
Wow, there's more outrage about some guy killing a stupid cat then about a little boy or girl getting blasted for no reason in the south or west side. You people are sad...
joe January 09, 2012 at 07:57 PM
A guy who kills a defenseless cat is a psychopath, plain and simple, besides being a fat ugly coward.
Shaco January 09, 2012 at 08:59 PM
lol. Like I said, this society cares more for dogs and cats more than its own people. Travel abroad, see the world for what it is and it'll put things in perspective for you. You freakin' tool
joe January 09, 2012 at 09:59 PM
Why do I need to travel to a third world trash dump when I can live in Palatine with third world cowards that kill defenseless cats? I live in the third world! Fact: people who kill animals for any other reason than sport or for food are cowardly psychopaths who will someday let their ego go and kill a human. There is no excuse you can give for his actions. If he does not like it here - let him move to the third world where he doesn't have to bath and can torcher animals like the coward.
Shaco January 09, 2012 at 10:09 PM
lol. tool
Shaco January 09, 2012 at 10:15 PM
Its because of people like you that this country is loosing its influence in the world. You don't realize it, but the rest of the world laughs at people like you. While other countries rise, we fall.
joe January 09, 2012 at 10:20 PM
So because I don't agree that this guy did nothing wrong and should not be concerned over a dumb cat (you said it), my country is going downhill and I am a tool. You really make a lot of sense. I am sure the suspect in this article is way ahead of me in life and I would envy his lifestyle.
Mike January 09, 2012 at 11:13 PM
Shaco is the only tool here. Shaco's theory is that because most people do not care about gangbanger kids killing each other on the south/west side (not true) that this has somehow turned the United States into a lesser country or at least viewed poorly by some 3rd world citizens. Shaco, who cares what some third world thinks of us? I have traveled all over the world and the only country that are worth s&$t are those that have laws protecting animals. You are obviously not well educated as you seem to have severe disconnect with the logic of your theories. You will find that most animal cruelty comes from some of the poorest countries in the world. We should not be looking to these countries for anything, much less help with animal welfare. If that is what you want, maybe you can live there. That way you can be a part of some “rising” nation that you can not seem to name. How about we punish those people who hurt both innocent children and innocent animals? Oh, yeah, we already try to do that in this country.
joe January 10, 2012 at 12:56 AM
Good one! I am glad you could see through his twisted point which did not make any sense to me. They go after gangbangers who kill children, so I yet to see his point. Killing a cat in this fashion is the worst form of bullying since a cat has no way to defend itself. I cannot begin to understand how someone could defend this coward.
joe January 10, 2012 at 08:06 AM
This story has gone viral on Twitter, Facebook, Huffington Post, SunTimes, etc. I hope the suspect is proud of himself.

Shaco -I live in Rolling Meadows and a 18 year old boy was killed in Mexico over his winter break. You know, one of those countries that care about this lives of teenagers. There were lots of comments about his death online from people all over the US. Some of his classmates are still mourning his loss even though several weeks have passed. The US government is conducting their own investigation into his death. I'm sorry - but your comment makes no sense at all. We (Americans) do care about the lives of both innocent children as well as animals.
