Special Events at Palatine Hills Golf Course

Palatine Hills Golf Course invites you to put a little fun into your golf game this summer! For more information on these special golfing events, contact the Pro Shop at 847-359-4020.

 

Parent-Child Golf on July 21

This afternoon will offer golfing fun for twosomes comprised of one adult and one child ages 10 to 14. The event will consist of a 6 hole competition. The first 3 holes will be chapman/alternate shot format, and the last 3 holes will be a combined score. Tee times will start at 3:00pm. The fee is $30 per pair and includes 6 holes of golf, cart, prizes and a beverage after the round. The entry deadline is July 17.

Short Game Skills Challenge - July 26

Put your short game to the test during this challenge! Skills will include putting, chipping, pitching, bunker and trouble shots. The event will start at 5;30pm. The cost is $15 and will include prizes, a brat and beverage after the event. The registration deadline is July 21. This event is open to golfers ages 19 and up.

Husband-Wife Tournament - August 9

Put your marriage to the test and play with your spouse during this 9 hole event. Three formats will be used during the 9 holes: better ball, alternate shot, and scramble. Golf will begin at 5:00pm with a shotgun start. The cost is $60 per couple and includes golf, cart, prizes and a BBQ meal after golf. The entry deadline is August 7.
