Thanks to POC board members, collaborative partners, volunteers and donors, the Second Annual POC Fall Football Fundraiser was a success!! This Sunday we gathered at Golf Nation in Palatine for all you can eat chili and fun.  As the Bears won big over the Titans, guests won big raffle prizes including an autographed 1985 Bears football and an autographed Matt Forte ball thanks to Mayor Jim Schwantz. Other prizes included 4 tickets for the Holiday Express Train Crawl, golf gear, gift certificates and much much more. If you missed your chance at this event, there is still a way to support the POC.
