Funeral service for Patricia J. Lewis, 82, of Palatine, will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, April 11, at Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Hwy., Palatine with the Reverend Michael B. Morris officiating.
Visitation will be held Sunday, from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Patricia was born May 6, 1928, in Milwaukee, Wisc., she passed away peacefully, April 3 in Palatine.

Patricia liked to travel and was a long time member of the First United Church of Palatine.
Survivors include her children, Sandra (Daniel) Neumann, Judith (Michael) Harwood, Richard (Martha) Lewis; grandchildren, Melanie (Chris) Risberg, Verna Neumann, Samantha Lewis, Audrey Harwood and Meriel Harwood; great-grandchildren, Daniel, James and Jonathan Risberg.

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Donald L. Lewis.
