Obituary: Marilyn P. Crump of Palatine

Visitation will be held Thursday, January 10 and a funeral Friday, January 11 for Crump.

Marilyn P. Crump was born on March 29, 1925 in St. Louis, Missouri to Richard and Anne (nee Pavelka) Phelan. She passed away Monday, January 7 in Palatine.

Marilyn is survived by her spouse of 65 years, Jack G. Crump; her children, John (Maureen) Crump, Richard (Judy) Crump, Nancy (Paul) Wangles, Cathy Grabowski, and Bernard (Lisa) Crump; her grandchildren, Sara and Richard Crump, Jackie (Tony) Earley, William, John and Anne Wangles, Laura and Cara Grabowski, Charlotte (Robert) Crismyre, and Ross and Veronica Crump; her great-grandchildren, James and Alex Earley; and her sister, Eileen Fowler.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

The family would like to thank Heartland Hospice and Dana Kedziora for their loving and compassionate care.

Visitation will be held from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m., Thursday at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Hts Rd., Arlington Heights. Prayers will be said at 10:15 a.m. Friday, January 11 at the funeral home proceeding to St. James Catholic Church, 831 N. Arlington Hts Rd., Arlington Heights for Mass at 11am. Burial will be held at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery in Palatine.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Sisters of the Living Word, 800 N. Fernandez, Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Funeral Information and condolences can be given at www.GlueckertFH.com or (847) 253-0168.
