He was the beloved husband of Diana L., nee Smith; loving father of David D. Hoffman, Timothy A. (Olga) Hoffman and Kimberly L. (Patrick Kelly) Hoffman; proud grandfather of 9 and dear brother of John (Jerrilynn) Hoffman.
