The NJCAA recently released the 2013-14 Men's Basketball All-America teams. Harper men's basketball player Kevin Walsh (/St. Viator), a First Team All-Conference and All-Region selection, has been named an All-American Honorable Mention.
The 6-foot-3 guard/forward averaged 16.6 points a game for the Hawks and eclipsed the 20-point mark in nine contests, including four of his last five games. Walsh shot 44.1 percent from 3-point range and hit a team-best 83 triples in 29 games. He was also the team's top rebounder at 5.0 per game and shot 81.8 percent from the free throw line.
