PHD Pregnancy Counseling Center Open House

Join friends and family at a special open house for Society for the Preservation of Human Dignity! On Sunday, November 7th from 10am to 2pm you'll have the chance to meet PHD's staff as well as tour the agency's counseling center and Baby & Maternity Closet. Enjoy refreshments and enter to win a beautiful holiday poinsettia!

Founded over 39 years ago, PHD offers comprehensive counseling, case management, education and baby closet services to women who find themselves pregnant or parenting a child age three or younger. Counseling programs include pregnancy and decision-making, pregnancy planning, grief and loss counseling, postpartum depression counseling, and post adoption/post abortion counseling. Prevention services include programs for teens, elementary students and parents which address issues of healthy sexual relationships and character development.

In 2009 PHD's Baby & Maternity Closet provided over 20,000 jars of baby food, 7,000 dozen diapers, 2,500 bags of clothes and 1,800 cans of formula to families and their children.

All counseling services are offered free of charge.
