Beginning this Saturday, September 14, authentic egg rolls will be prepared on site at the Palatine Farmers' Market--Lucie will be preparing the same recipe that her father serves at the Markets in Paris, France!  Originally from Laos, Lucie and Moufit are a welcome addition to the Palatine Market where customers have come to expect the very best in quality and variety.
