A Beautiful Choice: One Mother’s Story”

Gabriela Pattison is a pediatric nurse, a reiki healer, and the mother of a young child with cancer.  In this presentation, Gabi will share her inspiring story, describing how she found the tools and resources to guide her family through the toughest challenge of their lives.  Her story will provide you with suggestions of new ways to parent a child through a serious illness, using compassion, validation, listening and understanding.  There will be time for open discussion and the opportunity to set up additional meeting times for further sharing.  Registration deadline is July 18.  Call 847-221-2400 to register.
