Wienermobile Travels to Palatine
World-famous Oscar Mayer Wienermobile to make a pit stop in Palatine on Thursday.
Driving the 27-foot-long Wienermobile across the country, two Oscar Mayer Hotdoggers plan to make a pit stop in Palatine.
The world-famous Oscar Mayer Wienermobile will be parked at Mariano’s Fresh Market at 545 North Hicks Road in Palatine on Thursday, Sept. 13 from 2 p.m. to 5 pm.
Hotdoggers will take digital postcards of families in front of the Wienermobile and of course, handout the iconic Wiener Whistles.

Palatine is one of just three locations the Wienermobile will be stopping at in the Chicagoland area.
From Mariano’s Fresh Market in Palatine the hotdog on wheels will head to North Avenue in Chicago on Saturday. Then on Sunday, Sept 16 the Wienermobile will be at the Mariano’s in Hoffman Estates at 2575 W. Golf Road.
