Palatine Winter Market Pleases All Tastes
Held at the train station this Saturday, December 15 and monthly through April 2013, 17 vendors will be selling a wide variety of specialty food items, gift baskets and more.
The Palatine Metra Station, 137 W. Wood Street, will host the Winter Farmers' Market this Saturday, December 15 from 8 a.m. until noon.
Marg Duer, is the organizer of the Palatine Farmers' Market in the summer and winter, and said products that will be sold include winter produce, lettuce and herbs, organic meats, bison, turkey, spices, pasta, breads, sauces, pies, soaps, gift baskets and more.
The Winter Market vendors will be positioned both inside and outside of the train station, and will include:
