Palatine Village Council: On the Agenda, Monday May 20

Sidewalk Days in downtown Palatine, a new subdivision, the forthcoming Tap House Grill and a pending public auction of village-owned property are among the agenda items for tonight's Village Council meeting starting at 7 p.m.

The following items are on the agenda for tonight's Palatine Village Council meeting

  • Resolution to consider granting final subdivision approval to allow a 4-lot, single-family residential subdivision at properties located at 1037 W. Glencoe Road and 138 S. Middleton Avenue. (District 1)
  • An ordinance granting special use and variations for . The council will also consider executing a lease between the village and the LLC., a redevelopment agreement, while increasing the number of Class D-1 liquor licenses. (District 6)
  • An ordinance authorizing the auction sale of property owned by the Village of Palatine.
