American Legion Auxiliary Fish Fry

The Palatine American Legion Post 690, Legion Auxiliary and the Sons of the American Legion are holding a series of fish fries during Lent from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM which are open to the public at the American Legion Hall 122 West Palatine Road in Palatine to raise funds for Legion Family Charities.

“We will be serving oven fried Pollack dinners for $8.00 for adults and $4.00 for children under eight years old,” said Todd Pearson, Legion Commander.  “The dinners include fish, soup, tater tots, mac n’ cheese, coleslaw, rye bread and dessert.  The dinners will be held downstairs in the Legion’s family-friendly clubroom.  A full service bar is available for drinks.”

The fish fries will be held on Fridays during Lent.  There will be one fish fry in February on the 24th.  In March, there are fish fries on March 2nd, March 9th, March 16th, March 23rd and on March 30th.  The final fish fry will be on April 6th.
