Dakota Security Celebrates Expansion

, 414 S. Vermont Street, recently celebrated an expansion with a ribbon cutting ceremony that was attended by Palatine Mayor Jim Schwantz.

The company specializes in financial and commercial security providing alarm systems, survelliance equipment, bank vaults and other services, said Sara Calenberg, Dakota Security service manager.

Calenberg said the Palatine office serves an 11 county area that includes part of northwest Indiana. The company expanded its Palatine office by adding neighboring office space.
