Morrison and Murphy speak at Republican February meeting.

The Palatine Township Republican Organization (PTRO), the official Republican organization of Palatine Township, will feature Representative Tom Morrison and Senator Matt Murphy at their regular monthly meeting which is free and open to the public on Saturday, February 2nd starting at 9:00 AM with the doors opening at 8:30 AM at the PTRO office at 839 N. Quentin Road in Palatine.

“Our meeting will feature our township’s two representatives in Springfield, Representative Tom Morrison and State Senator Matt Murphy,” said Aaron Del Mar, Palatine Township Republican Committeeman.  “They will fill us in on what is going on in Springfield and their plans on how to fix our state’s financial crisis.  They will also address the state’s pension crisis after yet another credit downgrade.”

Founded in 2010 by newly elected Palatine Township Republican Committeeman Aaron Del Mar, PTRO coordinates the Republican Party’s efforts in the township.  Led by Del Mar and President Collin Corbett, PTRO promotes the foundational principles of the Republican Party, namely fiscal responsibility, personal accountability and limited, transparent government, and works to elect Republican candidates who espouse those principles.

The Palatine Township Republican Organization holds their monthly general meeting on the first Saturday of the month at 9:00 AM at the PTRO office at 839 N. Quentin Road in Palatine.  For further information on the Palatine Township Republican Organization, membership, any of their sponsored events or to join their email newsletter visit their web site at www.palatinerepublicans.org, call them at 847-496-7871 or email them at aaron@palatinerepublicans.org.
