Music to Move Our Next Generation Concert Series

Immanuel Lutheran Church in Palatine continues its series of monthly benefit concerts on Sunday, September 30th, at 3 p.m.  The Music to Move Our Next Generation concert includes vocal and instrumental performances from members and friends of Immanuel Lutheran Church.

“We are blessed to have so many talented vocalists and musicians right here in our church family,” said Ruth Ann Poppen, Immanuel’s director of music.  “This concert provides religious, secular, classical, blues, jazz and rock…music for all genres.”

A reception will follow the concert, providing guests with an opportunity to meet the performers.  The Music to Move Our Next Generation concerts are free and open to the public.  All proceeds from a free-will offering will be used for the restoration and renewal of the church’s impressive 1,800-pipe Wicks organ.
