Free and open to the public
Come enjoy free food, screenings, activities, raffles.  Check out our fun programs and services and visit over 20 of our supporters and learn what medical, financial, and legal assistance they offer.  We are offering free senior entitlement screenings and medicare information.  Stay for lunch at "Our Place Cafe", a $3 donation (for those 60 and over)   Our supporters participating at our Fall Fest include AgeOptions, Alexian Brothers, American Chartered Bank, BMO Harris Bank, Brandt Financial Concepts, Inc., Comfort Keepers,  Cornerstone National Bank and Trust Company, Edward Jones, Foundation for Wellness Professionals, Friendship Village, Lavelle Law, Ltd., Lutheran Home, HCR-ManorCare, The Moorings, Northwest Community Hospital, Northwest Suburban United Way, Palatine Park District, Palatine Police Department, Palatine Township, Silverado Senior Living, Tamarack, and Whitehall of Deerfield.  For a printable flyer visit www.ptscc.org or call Diane at 847-991-1112.
