Pink Day at Immanuel Lutheran School
Pink Day at Immanuel Lutheran School supports National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Students and faculty at Immanuel Lutheran School in Palatine gathered in the school’s gym to form a human pink ribbon during their annual Pink Day on Friday, Oct. 14.
Each year, students raise money by giving pink ribbons to those donating to the Avon Foundation in the fight against breast cancer. The event was sponsored by members of the school’s student council, a press release from Immanuel Lutheran states.
