Starting in May Palatine Patch will provide a platform for local bloggers to have their voices heard. What are we looking for? We're open to your ideas. Whether its local issues, cooking, an interesting hobby–don't be shy. We want to hear from you.
This also is a great way to get information out about local community organizations, nonprofits or churches. We want to serve our community through this new blogging platform.

The blog platform will be more free-wheeling than Palatine Patch news content. Although the editor will have the final say whether a blog post is published, Palatine Patch will not own the blog content. If you already have a blog, you can repost here what you wrote on other sites. Bloggers will be unpaid, and Patch will not edit them.
