Featured Weekend Event:

The Palatine Area Chamber of Commerce will host their 2nd ‘Rockin’ the Blocks’ community block party in downtown Palatine at the BMO Harris Bank parking lot on Friday, July 26 and Saturday, July 27.

Events will include live entertainment Friday and Saturday, the first-ever Palatine Rocks Singing Contest at 1 p.m. Saturday, a dunk tank and other family-friendly activities.

Food options will include a pig roast from Brothers Ribs, treats from Hot Dog Richie’s and sweet treats from Signature Sweets and Rock N Roll Ala Mode.  

The Rotary Club of Palatine will host the pop and water tent and d’Vine Wine and Gifts will be on hand with a variety of wine choices.  The beer garden will feature Miller Lite, Leinenkugel Summer Shandy and Fat Tire and will be open for the duration of the event.
