Memorial visitation for Jeffrey Kafka, 68, of Palatine will be held on Thursday, August 9, 2012, from 6 p.m. until the time of the memorial Mass at 7 p.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 2515 Palatine Road, Inverness.
Jeff was born April 4, 1944 in Berwyn, and passed away August 2, 2012.
His devoted family members who he cherished and worked so hard for were his beloved wife Karen Kafka (nee Zeman); his children Michael (Brooke), Daniel (Lisa) Kafka and Laura (Scott) Klingberg; his grandchildren Alexander and Andrew Kafka, and Gavin and Anna Klingberg.
