YOUNG WOMEN'S SELF-DISCOVERY SUPPORT GROUP

Are you going through transitions in your life? Trying to figure out what you really want? Come to the Young Women's Self-Discovery Group where you can explore these common themes in a warm and supportive environment

Groups are held weekly from 4:40 -6:00pm. These groups are facilitated by 2 licensed counselors. 

In this group we may explore the following and more:

Stress
Self Esteem
Identity
Friends/Family/Significant others
Body Image

Call us at 847 991 7284. We can answer all your questions and sign you up for this exciting new group experience. Fees are often covered by you insurance company. If you are not covered by insurance, we have a very low sliding fee available so that all can attend.
