it means to be healthy as we transition through menopause as well as ways to
achieve your own state of “ease” or
wholeness and bring balance and harmony
to your life. Dr. Farhi will explain the
hormonal changes that are occurring in this transitional time and offer techniques
and options to manage and minimize symptoms, as well as options to achieve
maximal wellness.

These workshops are complementary gatherings
hosted by Himalayan Yoga
& Meditation Center to introduce our community to expert health care providers. Join us five times a year to learn
methods of good health through the shared wisdom of our local
professionals. Sessions take place five times a year on
the 2nd Tuesday of a given month from
7-8 PM.
