Free Community Meditation

For new and seasoned meditators, enhance your meditation practice by joining us each Friday evening.  Take this time at the end of your week to calm, balance, and relax in our peaceful environment.
We will begin with a few moments of guided relaxation to take you within.
If your practice is less than an hour, you are invited to attend but please be mindful of those who are still in meditation when moving about.
Additional dates: July 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th; August 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd.
