I am a Realtor in the area who works with Sellers and Buyers. I will be the first to admit it is a challenging field. The reason being it takes some time for both sellers and buyers to figure out what the Real Estate Market is doing. It is a learning experience. Once I educate my clients on what the market is doing, they are a happy customer.
