Journeys from PADS to HOPE, Neighbor

Journeys is a nonprofit agency located in Palatine, IL that networks with volunteers and other agencies on behalf of individuals and families who have lost, or are in danger of losing, their homes in north and northwest suburban Cook County. Journeys provides shelter and/or rehabilitation for those in need, along with transition to housing and homeless prevention services.
