Vision for Vacancy The former Anthem Grill closed its doors in July of 2011 after a little more than two years in business, and the 10,000 square foot property located at 704 W. Euclid Avenue has been vacant ever since. Prior to being Anthem Grill, the building housed Marlowe's restaurant for a number of years. Mid-America Group Asset Management, Inc. has the space for lease in the Regency Shopping center near the intersection of Euclid and Quentin. A number of options for a future use of the building would be considered, according to broker Samantha Spinell. OK We live right across the street and LOVED MaRLOWE'S - great food always - Pleeze dont put a sports bar there - they are a dime a dozen in the NW suburbs - The food was terrible at Anthem - how manyburgers and fries can you eat or just plain fast food deep fried - yuk I agree a great Breakfast/lunch type place like Walker Brothers in Lake Zurich & Arl.
