Arlington Heights and Palatine Snow: 2-5 Inches by Midnight

The National Weather Service says Palatine and Arlington Heights could receive as much as five inches of snow by midnight. Drivers are urged to use caution on the roads.

The snow is falling like it hasn't for some time here in Arlington Heights and Palatine.  Snow is expected to be heavy intermittently up until midnight tonight, according to the National Weather Service.  Accumulations for afternoon into the evening are expected to be between two and four inches, the National Weather Service reports, and an additional inch is forecasted before midnight.  Drivers should prepare for snow covered roads and limited visibility; caution is advised.
