Get ready to be thrilled and entertained at a "Foundation for Murder....A Killer Reunion", a Palatine Public Library Foundation fundraiser to be held Tuesday, February 25. The event will raise funds to support a variety of improvements at the main library and at the Feeman Road Branch. Planned improvements include computers in the children’s area of the main library, shelving and furnishings for the Freeman Road Branch renovation, the library’s bookmobile and furniture at the main library, a press release stated. “This event provides an entertaining way for the public to help the library with improvements that their budget will not allow,” said Dan Wiseman, president of the foundation board. “This is the second year for this event.
