Cookie Cards in downtown Palatine has expanded operations to include Stephanie the Cake Mademoiselle just as the holiday season has kicked off. "We are delighted to have Stephanie join us to help launch our cake line. Not only is she a cousin, so she fits into the family based business, but is also a very experienced, and well-respected cake designer. We are lucky to have snatched her out of Pittsburgh so she can now call Palatine home!" said Kerri Callahan, who runs the business along with her mother, Marti Callahan.
