A new full-service dine-in theater, equipped with a full bar, plans to move in and take over the vacant, six-screen cinema in the Village’s Downtown by late spring to early summer accoring to Arlington Heights officials. The Village of Arlington Heights announced Friday a lease agreement has been finalized between Star Cinema Grill and LNR Partners, the property owner at 53 S. Evergreen Avenue. Houston-based company, Star Cinema Grill plans to remodel the old Arlington Theaters to open a dine-in theater with a full service bar in Arlington Town Square.
