Top Shelf Books sells used books back to the community. Every second Tuesday of the month, Top Shelf hosts an open mic night. The store also holds author readings and signings on special occasions.

The store has a pretty good selection of non-fiction books that are usually in decent shape. Its clean, organized, although a bit cramp at times. All the times I've gone there the staff has been knowledgable, if a bit aloof. Their book donation compensation is also well worth the trade-in if you have any books you want to get rid of.
In short, it's a decent bookstore that has plenty of selections and is well worth a visit.
