Terrible Borrowing Policies. Holds on new DVD's are often 200 persons long. The library should consider what is an appropriate wait time to borrow materials. 200 person holds list takes MONTHS to get a new movie. Patrons should not have to wait on a 200 person holds list for any library materials.
