Old Oak Pizza Company and the adjoining Oak Alley Saloon have been serving Palatine since 1982. Inside, customers can sit at tables or at the roomy oak bar to enjoy Old Oak Pizza Company's  pizza, sandwiches, appetizers and wings, along with on-tap foreign and domestic brews. Old Oak Pizza Company is best known for its pizzas, several of which are named after the employees who invented them (examples include Margaret's Buffalo Chicken Pizza and Jane's Oakburger). Vegetarians, stray not—the menu also boasts the Garden, a pan-style vegetarian pizza with garden-fresh veggies. Old Oak Pizza Company hosts parties and takes carry-out orders.
