The Joseph M. Kiszka Educational Center has been the location of Community Consolidated School District 15's administrative offices since 1992. The school board purchased the building, located within walking distance of the main Palatine Library, for 1.2 million dollars and spent another 2.6 million dollars renovating the building. The District 15 school board occasionally meets at this location, however most of the school board meetings are held at Walter R. Sundling Junior High.
