I wouldn't even give this taxi service one star. They deserve a ZERO. I used there services this morning and had taxi #071. I told the driver and had to make multiple stops. I had to go to Wal-mart first (which was 5 mins away from where I was being picked up at) then I had to go to a grocery store (which was 3 mins away from Wal-mart). He told me if I wanted to make multiple stop he would charge me an additional $5 stopping fee and a waiting fee. I said I didn't want it, if he was charging me for all that. when we almost arrived to the place he said that he changed his mind and wont charge me for a stopping or waiting fee. So, I agreed to go ahead and use his taxi service for the rest of my trips.
Not only did he still charge me a waiting fee but when I was grocery shopping, He went in and started shopping too and took longer than I did. (keeping in mind that I didn't know he was charging me a waiting fee) when we were leaving he almost hit a couple backing out. He was on the phone while driving. Then he charged me for another $5 a "gas fee" (which I've never even heard of) My taxi trip was almost $40 to go 10 mins away. I have used other taxi services in the area and I was only charged $15 for the whole trip. By then I was angry and had a tired crying baby and too tired to even argue with the driver. I told him that he had ripped me off and I will NEVER use their taxi services again.

Overall I rate this taxi service a big fat ZERO.
