I have been doing business at 22 Cleaners for more than a year now and I have had excellent experience. The store is very clean The owner seems to be almost always there, but whoever is there has always been professional. My garments have come back clean and taken care of the way I expected. Actually, I travel all the way from Northbrook to use this cleaners. I was passing by their store last year when they were doing a promotion on dry cleaning shirts and after I used them once, I ended up liking them a lot. I am sorry for the fellow who says that he lost his vest there, but I can 't imagine the owner being rude.

22 Cleaners & Tailors are liars and thieves, they lost a vest that went to a suit I brought there and when I confronted the owner he refused to even check for it. He was divisive and rude this shop does not understand customer service. I stress anyone who uses them or intends to go there to reconsider, he clearly know he lost the vest and was unwilling to acknowledge that he has screwed up. They have a disorganized operation and do not take care of customer garments if you do not want your entire order returned use this cleaners if you want a satisfactory customer experience I would not use 22 Cleaners & Tailors. Owner is mean, stubborn and does not look out for the well being of their customers.
