Curl up with Fantasia and a Good Book

Hi there! I’m Fantasia, a totally awesome 10-year-old brown tabby cat who is a very lucky girl!

You see, I was part of Young at Heart’s Super Senior Save, and I was saved just in the nick of time! I was very ill from the stress of being at the pound, as a pound is nowhere for a senior pet to be! I spent a month hospitalized while the rescue’s vet helped me recover. And as soon as I started feeling better, I started purring for everyone, and rubbing up on everyone, and I quickly became the vet clinic’s favorite patient!

Finally, after a whole month at the vet, I got the green light from the doc – I was finally healthy and ready to be put up for adoption!

So off to the adoption center I went, and I was SO happy to stretch my legs and hang out with the other kitties. But my favorite part of every day is visiting with all the people. I love people! Young ones, old ones, short ones, tall ones- I’m always happy to purr for you.

I’m a great girl, and will make a great addition to any home. I prefer lots of loving and snuggles, and I am a great companion while you watch TV or read a good book. In the cold winter months, I’m an excellent lap warmer, too.

I’m good with my litter box, get along with other kitties, and don’t seem to mind the dogs who visit me at the door to the center. I’m spayed, vaccinated and microchipped, and now I’m a very healthy girl! I’m a mellow and affectionate girl who knows I got my second chance, and I am very grateful!
