This Friday at Durty Nellie's You Can Pay it Forward

C.A.T.I.F. [Celebrating All That Is Feminine] will be hosting their annual Pay it Forward fundraiser on Friday, February 28 at Durty Nellie's in Palatine. Funds raised will go to assist at-risk girls and women veterans.

The event will include silent and live auctions as well as raffles, and be held at Durty Nellie's, 180 N. Smith St., Palatine. Monies raised will benefit at-risk girls who receive services from Kappa Kappa Gamma GIRLS Academy and women veterans who utilize the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center.

"C.A.T.I.F. is a non-profit 501c3 that has been raising funds for already established non-profits throughout the Chicagoland area for over five years," said Kara Cermak, C.A.T.I.F. president. "We began as a small group of professional women looking to make a difference in the lives of women and children that need help."

Funds raised are directed toward chosen charities whose mission mirrors that of C.A.T.I.F. - to encourage and empower women and children in the Chicagoland area who are experiencing crisis.
