The Fremd High School varsity football team is headed to the playoffs.
Fremd High School, a No. 8 seed, will play Notre Dame College Prep, a No. 9 seed, in the first round of the 8A Illinois High School Association (IHSA) playoffs at 7 p.m. Nov. 1. The game will be at Fremd.
Fremd went 6-3 this season, according to the IHSA.
