Women's Self Defense Seminar

Are you a female heading off to college? Are you interested in a practical and effective women's self defense seminar?  Then this is for you!  This seminar will reinforce common sense precautions, staying safe tips, how to do a “reality check” to an overly aggressive date / friend , how to kick/strike, where to kick / strike, how to release, how not to be a victim, and lots more.  This will include both physical work and verbal instruction / question & answers etc.  Additionally, information will be given on pepper spray, safety alarms, etc.   This is intended especially for teenage / young adult women but all women are welcome, ages 16 and older.   Enrollment is limited, please sign up as soon as possible.  Questions?  call JP Wood Martial Arts 847 / 705-8714.

When:  Wednesday, August 8 from 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Where: JP Wood Martial Arts America, 249 E. Northwest Hwy, Palatine, IL

Who:    Females, ages 16 and older

Cost:    $15.00 (cash, check, or credit card)

Wear:   Dress comfortably in loose fitting exercise clothes.  No shoes are needed.
