Are you a female heading off to college? Are you interested in a practical and effective women's self defense seminar? Then this is for you! This seminar will reinforce common sense precautions, staying safe tips, how to do a “reality check” to an overly aggressive date / friend , how to kick/strike, where to kick / strike, how to release, how not to be a victim, and lots more. This will include both physical work and verbal instruction / question & answers etc. Additionally, information will be given on pepper spray, safety alarms, etc. This is intended especially for teenage / young adult women but all women are welcome, ages 16 and older.
