Palatine Area Chamber of Commerce and Families of ALS 1st Annual Golf Scramble and Dinner Fundraiser

To raise funds for the family of chamber member Andy Schroeder, who was recently diagnosed with ALS, please attend this first annual golf outing and dinner fundraiser. Symptoms of ALS progress rapidly and there is no cure. There is an immediate need for financial assistance with the family's medical and household expenses.

Play golf in scramble format, with contests for the longest drive, hole-in-one and putting. Enjoy a spectacular dinner and auction at Chicago Prime Steakhouse in Schaumburg. Cash bar and appetizers will begin at 5:30 p.m. Raffles, silent auction and more.
