According to District 211, for many students this test serves as the gateway to making it into their first-choice for a college or university.

The goal is to receive the best composite score possible in the categories of science, mathematics, reading, English, and an optional writing test. Each exam is scored on a scale of 1-36, and a student’s score is the average of the four test scores.
