Back to School: Facilitating the School Experience for Children with Cancer

Jennifer Reichek, MD, pediatric
oncologist at Children's Memorial Hospital and a representative from The
Leukemia & Lymphoma Society will present on the cognitive and late effects
of childhood cancer treatment to improve the transistion from the clinic to the
classroom. The presentation is targeted to parents of childhood cancer
survivors, school professionals, nurses, and social workers. CEUs are provided
for nurses and social workers.
