All participants are asked to bring a non-perishable food item for the Palatine Township Food Pantry on Thanksgiving morning, and race proceeds help provide Palatine Park District scholarships throughout the year. This event raises funds through the generous support of many park district partners. In addition to the new partnership with Presenting Sponsor Lavelle Law, Ltd., sponsorship at the gold level has been provided this year by Alexian Brothers Medical Group, American Chartered Bank, Daily Herald Media Group, Loving Care Animal Clinic, New Balance Chicago, Northwest Community Healthcare Medical Group, Palatine Vision Center, Premier Credit Union and Whole Foods Market-Kildeer.
